William Zhu, founder，Chairman & CEO

A well-known entrepreneur in the Chinese Internet Industry, a professional manager and a leader of an innovative technology team.

In 1994, Mr. Zhu founded Lianmei Advertising Company and made it into a company which uses direct mail marketing as its core business model.
In 1997, he built the first global Chinese original literature platform – RongShuXia, and developed it into the largest Chinese literature website and media company.  It eventually established itself as one of the most influential Chinese on-line literature website which enjoys worldwide followings.
In 2003, Mr. Zhu joined Shanda and participated in its overseas listing.  He was appointed Vice President of Shanda Group as well as General Manager of Shanda Xinhua, making a positive contribution to the success of both companies. 
In 2005, Mr. Zhu founded T2 Entertainment.  Under his leadership, the company quickly established itself as one of the biggest casual game operating companies in China.  T2 Entertainment also received investment in the tens of millions of US dollars from GigaMedia, a NASDAQ listed company.

Zhao Liang, founder and Chief Operating Office

An excellent online gaming operator, who has deep industry operating experience of developing several blockbuster online games.

Between 2002 and 2005, Mr. Zhao was as a project manager in Shanda’s gaming development department.  He participated in the development of several games including “Mir 2”, “Mir World”, “Bomb and Bubble” and “Maple story Online”.  These games achieved peak concurrent users of over 1,000,000.

Between 2005 and 2007, Mr. Zhao was the vice-president of T2 entertainment, and was responsible for developing and operating “Free Style” which had more than 300,000 peak concurrent users.

In 2007, Mr. Zhao and Mr. Zhu co-founded Storm Entertainment and Mr. Zhao is now responsible for company operation.

Sun Wuhai, founder and Chief Technology Officer

A senior game developer, Mr. Sun has more than ten years experience of game development and has developed several hot games.

Mr. Sun was the main programmer of Shanda “Mir World” worldwide project.  After that he served as Chief Technology Officer and Vice-president of Wanlian and Shenke Company, and then as Chief Executive Officer of Fenghuo Company based in Beijing.

Mr. Sun developed many online games including “Tiansha” “RiYue Legend” and “Tears of Time”, etc., enjoying top-rated market responses.

Jazy Zhang, Chief Financial Officer

Ms. Zhang is an expert financial professional with over 15 years of experience in accounting, taxation and financial management. 

Between 1995 and 2000, Ms. Zhang worked in PricewaterhouseCoopers as tax associate, senior tax associate and eventually international tax manager.

Between 2000 and 2005, Ms. Zhang served as financial and taxation manager of several US-listed high tech companies.

Between 2005 and 2007, Ms. Zhang was the finance director of Magma Design Systems, a NASDAQ listed corporation and was responsible for worldwide tax planning, and participated in several of its mergers and acquisition projects and SEC financial reporting. 

In 2007, Ms. Zhang joined M1 Capital, a boutique US investment banking company as its CFO, providing financial advisory services to several Chinese corporations seeking US listings.  

In 2009, Ms. Zhang joined Storm Entertainment as Chief Financial Officer. 

Jin Fan, Founder and Chief Strategy Officer

An MBA, a strategy research expert, and has start-up experiences in several famous IT firms.

Between 2000 and 2003, Mr. Jin served as Eachnet’s strategic planner and contributed to the firm’s success as the C2C e-business leader.

Between 2003 and 2005, Mr. Jin studied in the MBA program of Shanghai Finance & Economics University, majoring in Strategic Research.

Between 2005 and 2007, Mr. Jin joined Shanda as a Strategic Research Manager in charge of strategic development and research in the IPTV department.

In 2007, Mr. Jin joined Storm Entertainment and is in charge of government relationship, public relationship and organizational strategic development.

Ding Jugang, Vice President

A well-known old-timer in Shanda, Mr. Ding has served Shanda for seven years. As the thirteenth employee of the Shanda founding team, Mr. Ding founded and operated several department including Internet, Security and Monitoring. 

Mr. Ding served as Shanda’s DBA, Manager, Technology Director of Shanda subsidiary Shulong Company and senior advisor.
